Strategic Visibility

Jibba Jabba – Doncaster

Jibba Jabba are an IT and Telecoms business based in Doncaster and are well known in the Doncaster area.

Owner Ashley Harris issued a clear brief to Rich, to raise their profile and strategic visibility across industries and areas where it wasn’t yet on the radar.

This involved developing a business development strategy for Jibba that would elevate their footprint beyond Doncaster into Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham and the rest of South Yorkshire.

Utilising the following tactics, this resulted in new clients, new suppliers, sold sales and ops foundations that will keep working over the long term for Jibba Jabba.

Visibility Raised

Rich came in with a clear brief and delivered on it – simple as that. The visibility, the relationships, and the foundations he helped build will keep paying back long after May.

More importantly, he did it the right way. Straight talking, no nonsense, and focused on making things actually work – not just looking good on paper. That’s rare.

Networking Mentoring

CC33 Global – Paul Fletcher

CC33 Global is a technology-led contact centre services provider based in Sheffield, delivering outsourced customer engagement solutions across the full customer lifecycle. Established in 2012, the business operates across the UK and South Africa, combining global capability with a local, collaborative approach.

MD of CC33, Paul first met Rich when Rich’s persistence to getting a meeting in the diary to see if they might be able to work together. In that meeting they initially bonded over their shared passion for Sheffield Wednesday.

It’s always important to get to know someone on all levels where possible.

From that initial meeting regular meet ups followed, and Paul and Rich began to discuss the Sheffield business scene on many of these occasions.

From their discussions Rich began to explain how networking had benefitted him. Initially Paul wasn’t convinced however he took himself outside of his comfort zone and began to not only attend more events but also organised a series of his own events for clients.

Paul said “If it wasn’t for Rich’s persistence on how networking, attending events and building relationships worked for him, I would never have dipped my toe into the world of networking.

With his help we developed a series of networking events for CC33 clients where we gave them a peer-to-peer opportunity to meet our other clients and build new and meaningful relationships whilst gaining extra value over and above the services that CC33 already offered to them.

This also meant something I wasn’t keen on doing, networking, I gained a skill I was never really keen on.”
